Our educational advocacy services provide support in navigating the complex and daunting educational system. We will collaborate with you to ensure your child is receiving an equitable and appropriate education.
Pyschological Testing
We offer psychological testing geared towards addressing educational and behavioral concerns. Specific assessments may vary depending on individual needs. Common testing includes cognitive assessments, academic assessments, behavioral assessments, and disability screenings.
Clinical Supervision
We provide clinical supervision and consultations to other mental health professionals in the counseling or social work fields.

We are a dynamic multidisciplinary team of psychologists, mental health counselors, and social workers. Our clinicians have extensive practice experience in areas such as educational systems, advocacy organizations, community-based organizations, and healthcare settings.

Founder, and CEO of It’s Never Too Late Mental Health Counseling PLLC. With more than 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Tiffany brings extensive experience from both the mental health and public education fields to her clinical practice.
Tiffany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege, Certified School Psychologist, and Certified School District Administrator. Her professional background includes more than 25 years within the New York City public school system, where she worked extensively with children and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. She holds advanced degrees and professional training in mental health counseling, school psychology, and educational leadership.
Tiffany specializes in trauma and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), narcissistic and emotional abuse recovery, couples and family therapy, relationship challenges, and ADHD in adults and children. She works with clients to better understand how past experiences, family dynamics, and relationship patterns can influence their emotional well-being and current relationships.
A particular focus of Tiffany’s practice is supporting women recovering from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work, providing a compassionate and informed approach to helping clients recognize unhealthy patterns, establish boundaries, rebuild self-confidence, and move toward healthier relationships.
Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, direct, and individualized. Tiffany believes therapy should be more than a place to talk. Her goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness while providing practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundary setting, relationship building, and meaningful, lasting change.
Tiffany is also the author of It’s Gonna Be Alright, a book centered on trauma, resilience, healing, and finding the strength to move forward. Her work as a clinician, author, and advocate reflects her belief that while our experiences shape us, they do not have to define what comes next.

Sable Tempest Sweeper earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, and certification in entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School Online. Prior to practicing mental health counseling, Sable worked in the child welfare system as a Home-Finding Development Specialist and trainer, where she collaborated with casework, mental health, and medical staff to identify stable homes for children in care based on their strengths, needs, behaviors, and diagnosis.

The uniqueness of the therapy I provide combines my knowledge of psychotherapy, treatment models of CBT and other treatment modalities along with nutrition and holistic health enhancement such as mindfulness and positive thinking to promote overall well-being with relaxation techniques and natural remedies in advocating for life changing personal practices that will improve overall health as all our parts are intertwined and having sickness in one part affects the whole.

I have completed training on the following; Anxiety, Grief Therapy, and CBT training. I am a retired New York City school administrator and school psychologist with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through emotional, educational, relationship, and life challenges. I hold master’s degrees in School Psychology and School Leadership, as well as advanced training in Mental Health Counseling.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

With more than 25 years of experience in the medical and surgical field, Margo Grant brings a unique combination of healthcare experience, compassion, and understanding to her work in mental health counseling. Her transition into counseling grew from a desire to care for the whole person—not only the body, but also the emotional and mental aspects of healing.
Margo believes everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, valued, and understood. Her counseling style is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and strengths-based. She meets clients where they are while helping them develop healthy coping skills, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Throughout her professional career, Margo has worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. She welcomes clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, adjustment difficulties, or those simply seeking greater personal growth and emotional wellness.
Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), active listening, client-centered counseling, solution-focused strategies, and strengths-based interventions, individualized to each client’s needs.
Margo’s goal is not to tell clients who they should be, but to support them in discovering what healing, growth, and success look like for themselves.
